Sad to say this place really isn't clean. The disabled toilet smelt terrible and the bin was filthy. The table signs have old food stuck to them, thick dust by chairs & you wonder what else is dirty! ? Service and food were great but it's hard to relax when you feel it's not clean..

Food always cold on delivery and order always wrong, with something missing. It seems to be that anytime I've ordered the pitta bread and humus, only the bread comes! No humus and no drizzle ? EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

Food came out at different times yet somehow the person who was served 1st had cold food barely lookwarm and they had reluctantly finished before I was given my wrap at least about 15 minute gap instead of enjoyment which we usually get it was simply "filling a void" as we needed to eat. Usually good but standard has dropped.. server was very rude to all customers that we witnessed no one asked if our food was okay and it wasn't for being overly busy simply uninterested and lack of attention. Disappointed. Will only be returning to the Victoria square store as their standard no matter how busy is fantastic.

Waited really long on the food and the manager Ciaran was very rude and even walked up to my car when I left and aggressively knocked on my car window. Something I think is very rude for manager

Have been in it a few times recently. Service is great, food is delivered promptly and the atmosphere is nice. Never had any issues. Always have lots of staff, so it's very well organised and you're always attended when need be & everyone is friendly. 5/5!
