I ordered the loaded sharing fries online.
To me they tasted too salty and had like just one flavour. It was a dry too. I don?t think that?s how it is all the time.
I don?t live in Belfast, so I didn?t know how they did things. So when I arrived I didn?t know where to go to get my order. Not sure if I was supposed to wait along with people who were waiting to be seated or not.

Service was poor...a smile would go a long way and costs nothing.

The food was tasty enough, it took a while to arrive but it's cooked to order so that's OK.
But I'm think I got a 1/4 poussin rather than a 1/4 chicken, so feel a bit ripped off for £12.
£4 for a coke is cheeky as well.
Then we order online because they are short staffed. It's been 8 years since my last visit, now I know why.

The food and vibes are good here, loved the heart theme on the window and the open window design is very modern and the place is very air conditioned, I went here for a Valentine's date. My only issue is one employee was very rude.

I was expecting a nice fine dining experience, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment.
First, we wanted to sit upstairs, but the hostess refused and insisted we sit downstairs, giving us the worst table possible. That was already a bad start. When I asked for water, I was simply handed a glass and told to fill it myself. I also had to get up to grab my own cutlery, napkins, and sauces.
When the food finally arrived, things only got worse. It wasn?t even hot. The cheese on my dish wasn?t melting at all?it was frozen solid. I honestly felt like I needed to microwave my meal before eating. It was clear that little to no care had been put into preparing the food.
And to top it all off, the service continued to be terrible. I ordered dessert, but after waiting for 15 minutes, I had to remind the waitress to bring it. It was frustrating and completely ruined the experience.
If you?re looking for self-service and cold food, this is the place for you. But if you expect real service and a proper fine dining experience, I?d strongly suggest going somewhere else.

I have been a fan of Nandos in Dublin. I was visiting Belfast for a week with a friend and decided to dine here. It was such a disappointing experience. Rude and grumpy staff. Right at the start Ms Harriet said 25 min wait time and you can wait outside as there is no space inspite of upstairs being empty.
Repeated twice for my order of 2 corns with lemon & herb spice to the host Ms Rhianna and got one plain one. Asked for missing corn on the cob and replacement of the plain one and the wait staff says, why don?t you try it first. I guess he didn?t notice the absence of lemon & herb flag. Then he brings a corn which was half the size and barely grilled.
Pathetic customer service experience with Nandos in Belfast ? they should visit Dublin for some soft skills training!

Really disappointed today with the food in the Bedford branch of Nando?s. Our meals were not fresh unfortunately.

A lot of stuff off the menu, even though we ordered it on the app. Must have been a bad day

Sunday I guess, so probably not the best day to visit, very quiet , a bit factory like for me, no atmosphere, service average, food very average,
Chicken a bit over cooked , I think that they do need some improvement here ,

I had the quarter chcken ... well times have changed, the chicken must have been the size of a Seagul. It was really just a legl, to be honest in the description it did explain that, still. Shrinkflation!. That and two small sides for £11.20. The staff were nice, the place was a bit noisy, needs some soft furnishings LOL. My partner had a burger, it was disappointingly small too. Tasted OK.
Edit: Response to this shows they didn't read my review
