The food was delicious. The staffs were good and nice. The only thing i am disappointed is the cleanliness of the glasses. The glasses had stains and not clean. But other than that we had great time.

The guy who welcomed us, didn't give a shit about listening, mixed our ordered, and been annoying. I ordered the tea, and he charged me for chips I've never ordered, after I asked for refund he said the don't serve any hor beverages. My wife ordered greek salad but without some ingredients, of course they brought full salad.??? 0 listening, and too much bulshit talking, staff tried to be too nice that they became rude and annoying. 100% not recommended!!!

During a recent visit to Nando?s at Victoria Square, Belfast, I had the opportunity to enjoy their signature Spicy Rice Bowl and Half Chicken with sides, and I must say, the experience was delightful.
The Spicy Rice Bowl was well-prepared, featuring a perfect balance of flavors and a subtle kick of spice that made each bite enjoyable. The Half Chicken was cooked to perfection?juicy, tender, and infused with the signature peri-peri seasoning that Nando?s is renowned for. The sides complemented the meal exceptionally well, adding variety and texture to the plate.
The ambiance of the restaurant was vibrant and welcoming, with attentive staff who ensured a smooth dining experience. Service was prompt, and the team made sure that the food was served hot and fresh.

A very busy and popular restaurant we visited at lunchtime. Staff were very helpful when ordering your food. You have a choice of ordering through an app or at the cashier.

Me and my girlies visited nandos on our break from uni for a chit chat and a delicious meal. We were greeted by a really friendly member of staff and she seated us and made us feel very welcome. Our food was delicious however we had a very unpleasant interaction with what seemed like one of the managerial staff. After our original orders my friend placed a separate order for two perinaise dips (one plain and one garlic.) A man approached our table with one of the dips and a glass for a bottomless drink, which we had not ordered. when we told him we didn?t order the drink but we did order two dips he just walked away with the dip and cup. Another one of my friends later in the meal asked him if we could get the two dips we paid for and he was extremely patronising and spoke to us with an extremely sarcastic tone which made us all feel very uncomfortable. The other staff were lovely but he was enough to put us off returning.

Ate at Nando?s victoria square tonight which was fairly busy but we were a table of 4 and waited no longer than 10 minutes for our food. Birdy was great! So helpful and friendly. Thank you ??

We sat down at the table not knowing that most Nando's restaurants have a system where you order at the counter. But couldn?t the staff passing by our table have suggested it? It would have been helpful if they mentioned we needed to place our order at the counter, especially since we were sitting there for a while. A little guidance from the staff would have improved the experience. The food was good, but clearer communication about the ordering process would have made it better.
