Food never arrived
I stood in street for nearly 45 minutes waiting.
When I called their staff stated food was delivered over 30 minutes ago and I never answered door or phone.
I was stood in street and they never answered my calls. This was obvious lie.
They robbed my food. Left me and family hungry in middle of night blaming me. Horrible customer service hung up on me.

Order never came after an hour and a half wait, phoned to ask about the delay, told me my order was on my way, proceeded to wait another half hour before phoning again, just for them to tell me they never got my order and to cancel the delivery. handled horribly.

Years ago this was the best chippy in Belfast with fresh food. Now it is a waste of money. Crazy prices for frozen food. Freezer at the front labelled for smoothies, it?s actually full of frozen goujons. Do yourself a favour and buy the diggers brand chicken goujons for a few pound and cook them yourselves because that is what is being fried here and being sold at 7 pound for 5 small goujons. Witnessed staff going to the freezer and taking out this bag. Chips stale and burger bland and frozen. Disappointing.

I used to really love this place a few years ago when I was a student, they did decent food at a decent price.
Now? you?d have more luck elsewhere. Ordered and waited 90 minutes on my food, food was confirmed, only to have it not turn up, and no one even answer the phone. After a few tries I?m guessing they turned the phone off as it?s not ringing.
ILike why take an order if you?re going to close?
Biggest waste of my time and money, looks like the only way I?m getting it back is through just eat? I?ll not hold my breath.

Food always comes hot and fresh and gravy chips are lovely , just ordered another takeaway and we were really impressed again, quality food and very reasonable prices, delivery was quick and if you haven?t tried it yet I would recommend it strongly

Chicken burger was left out of the order, phoned to get it delivered, burger came and it was 2 tiny chicken strips in a bun. Wouldn?t recommend.
