This shop are the most stupid people I've ever came across ? never ever get a straight answer

Staff so rude and not reassuring in anyway, older man took us for a consultation spoke to us like we were children and acted like we stupid and stretched out what should have been a 10 minute consultation to almost 35 minutes. Very rude and not keen to offer advice.

I would give minus stars if it was an option but I had a terrible experience with one of the staff here. My partner and I were waiting for our perscription looking at candles and a short old woman with a short Bob hair cut and lazy eyes (putting this description as I didn’t get a name) came out from behind the desk area... read full comment
