Very helpful friendly staff, apologised for my prescription not being there even though the issue was with my doctor not them. Great local pharmacy to have on the doorstep

Very poor service. Got a complain about my repeat meds. Don't even bother to investigate. Very poor service. Not coming back. Rubbish customer service.

I have used this chemist on many occasions and it has plenty of reasonably priced items to choose from on the shelves. The parking can be tricky on occasions outside the shop as it is a busy part of the road, but no fault of the business. I wasn't too pleased with the service I received last week when I brought my prescription to the counter to pick up medication, a few minutes later the pharmacist gave it back to me and said she ' didn't have it. Sorry'... I had to go find another chemist to get the prescription I needed which is a shame and very poor service. If you live nearby and are without transport or disabled you would be in quite a predicament. So for this reason I have only awarded 2* for this experience

This is the kind of chemists shop that I like - nice and compact but also with a good range of medicines, household stuff and also a Clarins counter which adds a little bit of glamour. The pharmacists and pharmacy assistants are friendly and helpful and you can pick up all those essentials like kitchen roll and Domestos. When waiting for a prescription to be prepared, I inevitably pick up some essentials like Calpol and baby wipes and very often a little treat ;like a lip gloss too. Hmmm maybe I should stop that if my economy drive is ever going to work. Buy hey, I'm worth it. Parking can be tricky as the shop is on a main busy road with only room for two or three cars in a layby at the front but time it right and you can park right at the door.
