It is very typical of the brand, and you get what you expect at a consistent quality. The mature gentleman on the floor was very helpful and cheerful.

Ordered food for myself and grandparents, came quick enough although food was stone cold and half the order missing and they don?t seem to keen to answer there phone either !

I don?t like leaving negative reviews but twice now they?ve got the order wrong at the drive through. First time I didn?t realise till I got home that a burger was missing, went back again with a voucher that their customer service gave me as an apology for getting it wrong before, and this time was short a drink. Luckily I checked before leaving. Was asked for my receipt and handed a drink without so much as an apology.

They've ballsed up my order twice now. Last time my number disappeared off the screen so I waited and waited but it never appeared. Some time later someone "found it" in the kitchen. So I downloaded the app and decided this time to get it delivered to my car. Sat waiting and all of a sudden the app said it had been delivered so I had to go in the store and find out what happened to my food. I'm not sure what's going on there but sort it out. I've deleted the app and I'm giving up crap food, today was the last straw

At the first Our family got cold meals!!! All night we feel sick and diarrhea. Its a worst McDonald's around the Belfast. Should claim it's owner to the court poisoning people!!!

Pre ordered a week before a £65 order for child's birthday on a Monday also paid for extra for priority booking only for it to be ' on the way ' twice , and finally cancelled . Apes could run the business better they can't even get basic orders correct surely asking for a plain burger is less work for whoever is making it . Not rocket science.

my son is 6. he saw the ?grimace shake? tiktok trend in 2023 and every so often we?ve been researching on whether or not this drink would come to our wee country????. long and behold, last week we found out that the GRIMACE shake would be here until the sept 3rd. Must?ve been one in 10000 cause he turned 6 on aug 30. we make our way to the mcdonald?s, birthday signs up. promotional items in stock (or so we thought). we eagerly await that sweet creamy grimace-y nectar on our tongues to be met with my worst nightmare. ?no longer available? what. on. earth. my son has waited for well over a year for this drink. only to be met with the cold bleak reality of the universe. shame on you mcdonald?s. what?s the point in the celebration if grimace isn?t even there. won?t be back.
