Why is the food there so cold? Ordered online. Ok, I can understand because delivery takes a time and this kind of thing could happens. Three months ago with my family while shopping at the mall. Fries cold and soggy, all three packages, burgers cold too. My veggie burger as if it was yesterday. We ate meals, despite that. 2 days ago I stopped there after work while driving through and decided to give it another chance. I was very hungry because I hadn't eaten anything for 7 hours, during a busy day. I bought a chicken katsu wrap and it was limp, rubbery, tasted weird. I threw it away after a few bites, despite being hungry. I drove to another Mac, 2 miles away on Shore Road. There's a huge difference there. Fries warm, crispy. Chicken wrap delicious, fresh. Not recommended.

Clearly the staff are on drugs and haven't a clue every time the order is wrong how hard is it to follow simple instructions seriously need to fire and actually hire people who know what they're doing useless

I ordered a happy meal, as well as tea for myself and wrap with grilled chicken with vegs. The service was quick, but anyway I heard from my daughter that the fries and nuggets in the happy meal were cold. My wrap was a totally mistake. After taking it out of the tube it just fall flat. I tried the cucumber that fell out of the packaging and I could already feel that something was wrong. The vegetables in the wrap were just old, bitter, the meat was also bad, as if it had been made a few days earlier, a completely strange taste (and I had eaten these wraps in a few McDonald's before and they were tasty). Literally cold inside, as if they had been in the fridge for some time. I tried to give it a chance, but after 6 bites, I had already eaten a lot, most of the wrap ended up in the bin. I felt disgusted, just felt like I had eaten something old. Even the tea was not hot as usual either. My worst mac experience to this time.

I have a small order usually and most of the times previously have been ok ... I've given the fries the benefit of the doubt lately but yet again I got a portion of cold floppy fries. Just very poor. I don't know if they are being left out for ages but i expected hot crispy fries....sadly they no longer seem to exist here.. so it's not somewhere I will be back to ... also, surely it's standard practice to put a napkin in the brown bag...seriously,

It's abc surely. I always have to ask which is poor and quite shoddy. Also the signs on leaving obscure the cars coming up the entrance to McDonald's itself and Abbey centre and means you can't see these cars to the last minute!...please please address this before someone gets hit by a car.

Honestly I think this is the longest I have ever waited for a mcdonalds. It was busy when I went in but I was not expecting to wait 25mins for food. The boards weren't working either so no one knew what numbers had been called etc. It honestly came across as if the staff weren't really interested and didn't really seem like anyone was in charge of organising the chaos.

Every time you go to drive through you get bayed nio matter, as a borderline smick tells you in the most unprofessional manner. Probably getting bayed because so many deliveries that drive thru but none the less the drive thru experience is atrocious and management should be drilling staff about serving the orders quickly before they?re forgotten about due to others at the drive thru.
