Toilets are seldom clean or open on the ground floor and no lift to the upstairs toilet when open during the morning and day times.

Twice I ordered delivery here and they got it wrong.
This time I was missing a burger, straw and the 4 dips for the nuggets so I had to eat dry chips and nuggets.
When I?ve used drive through you get the bag handed to you and not even a smile or a thanks and always have to ask for straws and salt and dips because they never ask.
Whereas KFC always ask if you would like these things.

This useless operation leaves out items in every single delivery, after taking payment and with no recourse. In the latest one, it was the largest item in the order.

Have ate here many times over the years, meeting up with friends for a catch up. Unfortunately I didn't realise my visits where being timed and got hit with £100 parking charge. Restaurant refuses to answer the phone, tried to contact a manager and was ignored. Would avoid going here, clearly greed from management putting this parking charge in place.
