Not very clean and the service was so bad and not enough seats on ground floor
Kid-friendliness: Would not recommend as if the seating is mostly upstairs so hard if you have children and try and carry food ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Not good for wheelchair

McDonald's in the very heart of Belfast is incredibly busy, and the crowds here are always huge. Surprisingly, despite the rush, things move quite efficiently - even faster than in some smaller McDonald's locations. The place has two floors with plenty of seating available, which is great, but unfortunately, this seems to impact cleanliness negatively. They should really put more effort into maintaining cleanliness, as it often feels quite dirty. Also, mistakes are more common here - I've experienced issues like very cold fries or extremely over-salted burger patties. There's definitely room for improvement.

I made an order and then waited half an hour to get it, I ordered a cappuccino and a burger. In the end, they brought only the burger, they completely forgot about the coffee, the burger was naturally cold. The coffee was brought later. The employees worked very slowly and sloppily.

chips were HARDD AND UNSALTED. also very bad service... they had me waiting 22 minutes on a large fry and a medium coke. i am NOT HAPPY MCDONALDS. as a matter of fact i am appalled. this has disgusted me in numerous ways and the fact that this is labeled as a FAST food restaurant is insane given the fact i could cook a steak with a few chips in the airfryer in the time it took them to make my SMALL MEAL, a snack if you will. appalling mcdonald's, will not be back.

Don?t eat here they messed up the order completely.
Ordered the Stormzy meal large
1. The large fries were 45% filled they didn?t even come to the top/edge of the cardboard they came in
2. Oreo McFlurry was missing completely out of the order
3. I ordered a double cheese burger and the pickles when I opened the burger were completely off the bun and to the side of the wrapper and burger was STONE cold and honestly disappointing
I usually never leave a complaint but the service and food was horrendous ordered off of Uber eats so can?t really do much and yeh I understand it?s McDonald?s I?m not expecting A1 service but i at least expect the order to be fulfilled and somewhat Hot. I?d recommend going to a place worth the money and not a big corporation

i ordered table service in this mcdonald?s, waited 45 minutes for nothing, food never came. i even tried to phone 6 times and no answer. i?m not happy as i was very hungry.
