Would like to thank 2 special ladies, Dorothea and Claire who work in this store. I was trying to purchase my goods and Dorothea noticed I was unwell. My blood sugars had dropped and I was having problems trying to scan my goods. Dorothea helped me so much and then called Claire to assist me aswell. Claire got me water and both ladies made sure I was OK. I was helped so much until my sugars were brought up with haribo's, water, and a seat to rest.
Ladies thank you both again. Your act of kindness meant so much.

Wide variety of goods spread out over a large area. Reasonable prices red label denotes a real bargain. Household goods up stairs lovely selection of kitchenware

Honestly such a shame with this store, used to have great facilities and customer service.Was shopping here today at 8 months pregnant and needed to use the restroom, went to their customer toilet to find it was locked, when I asked a member of staff I was told they didn?t exist, when challenged after I pointed them out apparently they have closed since lockdown. I can see from previous reviews that it?s not just heavily pregnant woman that get turned away but also disabled, should maybe revise policy to be more inclusive

As a disabled person I was at the boucher rd mataland they always had a public toilet .not today wouldn't give me a key to open toilets said wasn't open to public anymore disgrace big shopping complex no toilets won't b back
