Lynn has such a lovely demeanour and was so helpful, even when I asked her a question a couple minutes before the store closed. She would have been well within her rights to tell me I needed to start checking out, but she helped me with the first thing and then asked me if I wanted any more help and lead me to the last thing I couldn?t find. It quite made my day :)

Not the best m&s to visit, always very busy when shopping but the service is always good and fast.

Disappointed that the only staff member we had approached to ask for help was entirely unable to speak or understand any English (is that even legal??) Also no staff members were manning the tills and we?re forced to use the self service tills - Doubt they are passing on the cost savings to the customer.

The store was very neat and clean. Nice display when you walk in with greens and fruits on offer.I expected a bit more out of the bakery. It's quite small for the size of the store and not such a wide variety available.The store is well organised and plenty of staff about.The self checkout was only open for the one side, not too sure if this is only opened when it's busier but didn't wait at all so no issue there.

So disappointed with how I was treated by a m&s manager when I asked for urgent access to toilets due to my medical condition. I have a "cannot wait" toilet access card along with a disability card and was refused access with a comment "I don't know what your medical card says but I can't let you in". This was the first time in 6 years that I have been refused access, next time I advise you to look at the medical card and be more considerate towards people with a hidden disability. Honestly thought m&s is better than that.

Well it's m and s ..my posh bird used to shop here all the time...just fed me chocolate and watched Saturday telly with me...Belfast girls really do ur head in ..gurl of my dreams is a blue nose. Booo

The store has plenty of choice and seems tidy enough but the cafe when we called in today, was dire. Practically all of the tables were full of dishes and even when a few of them were cleared the staff didn?t clean them. One customer had to ask for something to clean their table and were given kitchen roll to do so themselves. It wasn?t that the cafe was fullOf customers. Obviously managers aren?t doing their job of monitoring the store and managing the staff.
