Staff great store great. Parking is the bug bear. Went to Burger King for a meal then was told I had 10 minutes to shop which is impossible. Can M@S not sort parking out. I know they don?t own the parking bays but they must have some say!

Been here a few times now to get some bits and pieces. Unusually it's located next to the terminal and not in it but that actually is a good thing as you can access it without going on a flight. There seems to be many locals in the shop as well.Good range of food stuff and helpful staff. The last time I was in I was helped by a lovely girl, Katie I think, anyway very friendly, chatty and helpful,Would certainly visit again

I really don't know why i bother driving here they never have stock of anything other than milk sandwiches and pasta , in the past 4 years they have never had full stock of stir-fry indian or mealdeals , dont waste your tim just go to Newtownabbey or lisburn .

Great store in a great location. It really is the main thing to draw anyone to this service station. A great range for such a compact store and its location opposite the airport makes it perfect to pick up a few things on the way home from your travels.

Staff are awesome, foods great. Loads of treats, deals & take away options including hot chocolate from a coffee machine. The Cornish fudge is lush

Clean store and lovely staff. Parking a massive issue though - taxis (value cab and fonacab) frequently parked in parent and child spaces. Food court still closed also

Handy for a quick shop, decent choice but the Covid compliance was practically nonexistent people not wearing masks or not wearing them properly. Blocking isles. Staff not enforcing regulations it's the duty of the staff to protect the customers and the duty of M&S to protect protect both their staff and customers. The odd announcement over the PA might help as a reminder.
