Poor customer service, had a bad experience shopping here, the stuff didn't pay any attention to us, didn't show us how to use certain products, it was just horrible never visiting this store again

Am not the one to leave reviews but Today me and my friend went to buy baby stroller and baby essentials but the staff did not once acknowledge us we were the one happen to ask how much was the product or other inquiries they looked so uninterested to help us to my surprise a white couple came in immediately the staff approached them and asked how can we help you today are you okay how far long are you. My friend and I ended just buying baby bottles and I told her the amount of money we are spending and the treatment we should have just left but we needed the bottles since they are good brand please train your staff to acknowledge any customer it does not matter black or white, poor or richer just because someone is looking some type of way does not mean they can?t afford something. We will be ordering the baby stroller and other items online just because we can?t deal with bad customer service..

I believe this store is alive only because of Darcy- what an excellent person- she patiently explained and gave demo about how does pram things work? and provided honest information about offers and their validity.. very kind and patient? thanks much again Darcy

My wife and I visited the store looking for a new pram. After looking ourselves at certain prams we waited for a member of staff to approach us to help. We watched as one of the members of staff seemed to be more interested in fixing and positioning prams instead of helping us. After witnessing this we decided to leave the store and will be giving our business elsewhere.

Had a great buying for baby appointment with Autumn on Saturday! Autumn was SO knowledgeable and honest and really made the experience enjoyable instead of overwhelming for my partner & i ! Would thoroughly recommend!

Didn't realise until recently that they have a baby changing room here that can also be used as a feeding room / nursing room. Really comfortable and clean!

I visited the store today and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. They showed me to a comfortable space to feed my baby and helped me find what I needed offering great advice. One staff member went above and beyond helping me do the switch over to the pram when my baby fell asleep in my arms. She even helped me rock him off to sleep and showed me features on my pram I didn?t even know it had. Your staff are a credit to you. :)

We went in store yesterday to check out the pram and car seat options we were leaning towards in person. Susan was so helpful and answered all of our silly questions. She booked us in for a buying for baby appointment as a walk in and we reserved everything we needed which got us a free £200 voucher to use in store or online when our purchases arrive! Couldn?t be more grateful for the help Susan gave us.

They lost my items, they never arrived on the agreed day, they said that my order had already been delivered, when this was not true. I called customer service, they never apologized for what had happened, they made me waste my time, I had to wait 2 more weeks when the products I had ordered were urgently needed. very bad service I am quite unhappy. I called the store many times, they never answered my call.

Google, the website AND the sign at the store (!) says it closes at 9pm on Fridays, yet they closed it at 6. The employees were still there and just said they closed at 6 and not at 9 and acted surprised when I pointed out the sign said something different.I?m never buying anything here again, there?s always some sort of problem with this store.

We were today with my wife and 1 month old baby, already decided by ourselves what stroller we were going to buy so it was just pay and leave, they made us wait for 40 minutes till I left with empty hands. Really bad experience

Visited a week ago and had a bad experience. When I asked for a bundle price the sales assistant wouldn't do it for me and made me pay for a higher price. Went to their website and wrote down my experience but no one has been contacted me. Wouldn't recommend to any of my family and friends
