AVOID!!!Great place if you have plenty of time to waste. Not enough fuel pumps for a start. Can be waiting 10 minutes or more for a free pump because someone has decided to do their weekly shop. Post office abismal. Waited ten minutes with 6 other customers before a member of staff could be bothered. Will never be back.

I was waiting in line for the tills and a disabled lady was in the queue for post office. The gent being serviced was having a problem and taking some time. The gent said to the lady you go ahead and the gangster behind the counter would not serve her and was not polite how he said as she is disabled I could see she was having problems standing. She said the gent told me to go ahead very calmly and he said rudely just so you know I won?t be serving you the lady left her amazon card down and left saying nothing. This is disgusting way to treat customers never mind disabled. I no longer bust your business as every time your staff are rude, not all but most. It?s no wonder you only rate 2.7 on your popularity pole. Again disgusting.

I had a very unpleasant experience this morning whilst being served by Daniel ?Team Leader? at the post office. I initially rang the post office service bell and stood for a couple of minutes waiting, so I rang the bell a second time thinking the relevant person may not have heard. When Daniel finally decided to come out and serve me, he initiates the encounter with ?you only need to ring the bell once? in an extremely rude tone. As he is helping me with my returns, he couldn?t have been anymore unpleasant. Around half an hour later my sister went to do a return and he began their encounter with a sigh. This is a ridiculous level of customer service and someone with this attitude is certainly not fit for interaction with customers.

Arrived today, Friday 13th May to deposit cash into my business account. Advisor left me standing at the desk saying he will be 15 minutes because he had cash to count in the back office. Appalling customer service.

The post office manager in malone post office charged very high of cash 1040? in exchange for 800 pounds cash @ 1.3 which is not even close to the average of euro - pounds conversion in the last 10 years. I was a tourist in belfast, didnt realise the conversion rate. After few days later only, i realised it and felt cheated. I didnt expect it from the post office.uk where people trust and which has good reviews and awards for best conversion rates and its services during 2020. Around 80 euros I lost it on that currency exchange deal and that process ruined my whole holiday trip where I felt being fooled.

Super nice staff, quick and also made sure I didn't pay more than I needed to. Expected a queue at 1pm on a Monday, but it took me less than 5min to get sorted as there's a separate counter for the post office in the shop. Highly recommend!
