Drive in to get a lot of product and got told to leave because they had a lorry getting loaded shambles while letting other customers in must not want hte business yard not fit for purpose

Thank you to George and Glen - they both helped us a lot and gave good advice , and then went the extra mile and helped us carry everything to our house a few streets away, amazing , thank you very much again!

They have a lot of useful items, though I have been advised that other merchants are more cost effective. Staff on the counter are generally very helpful and good fun.

For price and for the bulky stuff 8 out of 10, for customer service 5 out of 5, it's a hit and miss. You can find the guys on the yard on a good day and they are nice enough any other time they serve you with gritted teeth. Inside on the desk, there is a very nice lady, quick and friendly service but there is a guy who is only nice to the, let say "regulars" otherwise he would ask you "what do you want" instead of "what can I help you with" . They guy shouldn't be in customer service in my opinion.
