Outstanding service at Lush Belfast today. Julia?s thoughtfulness in getting fresh water for my dog Indy was such a lovely gesture and the entire team?s enthusiasm and friendliness made us feel so welcome. Can?t recommend this store enough, we?ll absolutely be back soon!

Lovely place and staff, spent the most money I?ve ever spent in lush yesterday, I was overwhelmed at the perfume wall smelling everything with an intention of purchasing one, when the kindest member of staff came over and gave me great recommendations, I couldn?t find a sample for the pumpkin spice body spray so they went and got me a sample card and sprayed it for me, thanks to them I spent more than anticipated lol but left with some really nice items, great member who made me feel welcomed and seen.

Had a facial (all free!) in Belfast store today. Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff especially Julia who gave me the most fantastic facial and explained each product used and its benefits. Also gave me samples to use at home. She is real asset to Lush! (PS enjoy the cakes!)

Had a gorgeous experience today at Lush Belfast all staff were so welcoming, I had a fantastic facial with dean he was so helpful and did an amazing job carrying out this service filled with information about the natural skin care I left feeling amazing and that glow on my skin 10/10 overall experience

We had such a lovely experience at Lush Belfast today with my 4 year old daughter! We always enjoy picking out bath bombs and products together but today was extra special. The store was offering a make-your-own bath bomb session for just £4 and the staff member helping us was so patient and kind. My daughter loved creating her butterfly bath bomb!
A special shoutout to Eve, who went above and beyond. My daughter asked to try a new shower jelly and was thrilled to sample both the ?Naughty Pigs? shower jelly and the new Hello Kitty bath bomb. Eve really made her day and even gave her a wee surprise.
Thank you Lush Belfast, for creating such a magical and welcoming space for little ones (and their parents). We'll be back soon! ???

I don?t usually write reviews, but I visited yesterday (Friday 27th June), and my experience was genuinely exceptional. I?ve always been a fan of Lush products?especially the body mists, which are long-lasting and smell absolutely divine. I decided to treat myself to one on the day.
What truly stood out, though, wasn?t just the product?it was the staff. In most shops, interactions are minimal: a quick scan, a polite offer of a bag, and that?s it. But the team here went far beyond that. They were some of the kindest, most enthusiastic people I?ve met in any retail setting. Their warmth, energy, and genuine interest in helping made the experience feel special from start to finish.
The customer service at this Lush store easily surpasses any I?ve encountered in Belfast. The staff make you feel welcome, seen, and valued?and that kind of service stays with you.

What an absolute pleasure to have a facial here today 5/6/25.The staff where outstanding....kind, friendly , fun to spend time with, helpful and so knowledgeable about what my skin needed even on my feet don't hesitate to go in you will have a fantastic experience best start to a birthday weekend ever ask for Dearbhail and her 2 very helpful, happy co worker's their name's I didn't get but description well. long blonde hair and pink fringe absolutely fabulous and long redish hair also fabulous Agnes is a happy woman
