“A big thank you to Lindsey in the Lisburn Road branch of M&S for the excellent customer service she provided this afternoon regarding a fault with one of the self check out machines which resulted in some items being wrongly charged multiple times. She couldn’t have been more helpful.Car parking on this site is a well documented nightmare with not enough spaces and far too many jaywalkers! However, the store and the staff more than make up for that with special mention of Suma - such an asset to the company. With her engaging personality and warm smile she is an eternal ray of sunshine guaranteed to brighten up the darkest of days.”

“I enjoyed a lovely visit to the Wine Company earlier this evening. The place has a fantastic selection of wines - and the fact that I was recommended to visit here by another wine shop two miles down the road should speak volumes. The real star of the show, however, was James.Between serving a seemingly never-ending stream of sometimes-rowdy customers, and tidying up after not one, but two customer-induced spillages in the beer section (come on now, lads), James very kindly gave me his time and diligently helped me pick out two superb bottles of red and white that I am due to give as gifts tomorrow morning. I couldn’t be happier with the selection, which was the result of James spending time to understand precisely what the gifts needed to say in their individual ways.Truly a superb ambassador for the company. It’s a real shame I live in England as I’d be back here in a heartbeat otherwise. Many thanks again. Top notch service.”

“Store is well organised and well stocked for the size of itGreat selection of cheese and wine. Some fresh baked goods are available.Staff was friendly and queues moved quick. The store is busy and the parking lot is small so it can be tricky to get parking if it's busy”

“Wineflair on Chadwick street truly stands out as a wellorganized off-license store, boasting an impressive array of wine, alcopops, ciders, beers, spirits, miniatures, cigarettes, vapes, ice, snacks, chocolates, and cool drinks. The well-maintained establishment, coupled with a customer-friendly staff, solidifies Wineflair's reputation as one of the leading off-license stores in the area.”

“The store was very neat and clean. Nice display when you walk in with greens and fruits on offer.I expected a bit more out of the bakery. It's quite small for the size of the store and not such a wide variety available. The store is well organised and plenty of staff about. The self checkout was only open for the one side, not too sure if this is only opened when it's busier but didn't wait at all so no issue there.”

“Not sure why this wee off license on the Ormeau Road has been slated in previous reviews. It all seemed perfectly fine to me! Really great selection of beers and wines and friendly staff - what's not to like? Granted there are other specialist wine merchants on this road but if you want big brand beers and a bottle of plonk to bring to a BYO restaurant then I wouldn't look any further than Winemark. One noteable thing I noticed about this Winemark was the wee packs they had made up at the tills. One had a few miniature bottles of gin and some tiny tonic tins. Perfect for train boozing (I don't condone this ;)) or to give to someone as a gift. Winemark always has good offers on beers, last night they were doing 4 pint tins of Heineken for a fiver. You can't say fairer than that! As my rating suggest I'm a fan!”

“This is one of the best brunch place in Belfast. I literally went there to have breakfast every Saturday in the summer. They change up their menu as well which is a +. Will highly recommend! When the weather is good sitting in their patio and have breakfast with my hubby is one of the best pandemic memories I have.”

“Decent sized Russell cellars store. Newspapers and magazine stand at front of the store. Small hot food counter beside the newspapers with sausage rolls, pies etc, the sausage rolls are quite nice. Small off licence to back of the shop, small frozen food section. They have a deal if you buy a newspaper or magazine you get a free can of Pepsi, sandwich selection instore , sandwich meal deals available. Good range of groceries available in this store. Paypoint machine for gas , electric and phone top ups. The shop is always packed with stock usually ready to be stocked and on boxes on the floor, very hard to get round the shop if you have a buggy. Cash machine instore. Parking onstreet. Bus stop outside shop.”
