I was in shop Belfast today was wanting to buy trainers no assistance up in your women's department and down stairs three assistant no more interested in serving customers . On girl just walking up and down on her ph then she clicked there was a customer waiting for assistance.i ask her was there no one upstairs she said there was I told her again there wasn't and she did nothing about it .also ask how long does it take to get a pair shoes out the stock room thought the young man had got lost .
The shop was empty so there is no excuses for no customer service . I did. It purchase the trainers I wanted but my husband did but the process was long for a shop with no customers . Disappointing

How do I contact this store ? contact number not connecting ! lifestyle sports help email cannot help apparently paided for a product in store it?s been two full weeks and has not been delivered very disappointed.

Not overly great, fairly wide selection but nothing too different to set it aside from other sports stores. Football boots very expensive also.

The best sports store in Belfast! I had been to several stores to try to find new running shoes two days in I a row I was about to give up, but I saw this store and went in. It was very fancy so it thought it would be expensive but nope! Great range of products to an adorable price. I also got help from this lovely woman working there to find the perfect running shoes for me, she was lovely and the service was great! I was also told they had a student discount, I didn't even have to ask for it! I will be back in the future, very satisfied customer!
