I bought my Ninja air fryer from Lakeland, 2 x drawers. I thought because they offered the 3 year warranty this would be the best decision. For 3 months now I have been trying to get replacement drawer racks and I am getting nowhere??? Very poor service. Very disappointed ??

I want to thank Imelda who was so helpful today in ordering my boxes of chocolate gingers. I couldn?t find them in any other store but Lakeland Belfast were able to order them for me. Imelda was v patient and kind in helping us out. We will def be returning here to purchase things. Thank you so much. ?

Cancelled my order. They ?claim? that they sent an email on 27th explaining yet there is nothing in my inbox or junk/spam mail from them. Got a confirmation email to say order confirmed then on the order update on the 30th to say that the order has left the warehouse they have cancelled half the order.
Absolutely useless customer service. Lakeland has always been a trusted top notch company but this has let them down a bag full. This is what I expect from a Mickey Mouse company but not from Lakeland

I returned some items from two different orders. The return was done by two very young ladies. I want to thank them again, they could not have done a better job; incredible friendly, prompt, professional. I like this store because they show customer friendliness not only when you make purchases, but also when you want to return. (12.09.24)

I arrived at the store at 5:30pm this evening i had plenty of money and im expensive cloths but it wasnt enough as i was followed round the store and made to fell uncomfortable by a memeber of staff an older gentleman but ignorant non the less i left without making my purchase and alittle bewildered to what had just happened my friend challanged the staff members and what unfolded was even more bizare...apperntly me and my friend look like thieves and we werent aloud the store number to make a complaint ....then a guy called tim appeared and started to tell my friend we were mad to feal unwelcome because we were not wearing masks and did not have excemption. I for one have COPD and i wont speak on my friends health but a bizzare experience non the less wont be back i got everything i needed at the range
