Came in needing a wheel alignment and came out with an ESP system fault. Was told the guy who connects the cars to the pc to clear the error was not there and to come back in a few days if the error was still showing. Went back a few days later and was told the guy was off last week so had to come back this week. Went there an hour ago and was told ?they?re too busy to look at it? as if they were not the ones who cause the problem and with an attitude as if I was bothering them. Also got a punctured tire, if it was their fault or just coincidence I don?t know but also got told they had no time to fix my tire. 0/10 - do not recommend and I?ll tell my experience to anyone who will listen.

on a work trip i had a flat late into my first day...I made a call and the next morning got the vehicle into see what they could do...I was expecting to have to leave it with them all day but they jumped straight on it...not only was it amazing service but also really friendly helpful staff with i think Neil the area manager just making everything simple....absolutely appreciated

I received excellent customer service and advise for a fault with my car. Both on a phone call with Johnny and then by Noel when I took the car in, he talked me through the fault and fixed it quickly and efficiently.

Johnny sorted out the rattling under my car this morning, he was very pleasant and professional. He clearly explained what the issue was, answered my questions clearly and simply and was very quick. I will definitely be back with any future car issues. Great service and great people, I highly recommend.

I turned up without an appointment with a slow puncture. Not a problem, slotted me in, tyre replaced and back on the road in no time. Could not have hoped for more.

Pulled in at 16:20 with a flat tyre, they?re open till 17:00. Two guys just sitting around chatting, no customers, no cars being worked on, I get told ?there?s only two of us? and it?s ?too much work as they?re closing in 40 min?. Ive never seen two guys needed to patch a tyre, I?m a courier, I get flats often on country roads, every other garage managed even when had multiple cars in. This one was the first one that couldn?t be arsed. Been there first time so great first impression, congrats

Geordie man working there was brilliant. So helpful and went above and beyond to sort us out so quickly. Despite it being a Saturday, he was able to sort the tyre then and there and get us back on the road, which was extremely kind and appreciated.

Had a suspected nail in my tyre and took it here due to being close to work. Was greeted by Zak who said he'd take a look. Turns out no damage or nail in my tyre. Tyre checked and tyre pressures all round. Amazing service and highly recommend. Thanks so much!!

I understood the work that had been done on my vehicle thanks to the Kwik-Fit team communicating with me well. I'd been sent the details regarding getting my tyres, brake pads and discs replaced. Looking online, the price I was given was fair and average. I was very happy with the service.
