We were recommended this place as we had a notion to get bespoke Tee shirts printed for friends. We had two close friends from San Clemente California to Ireland for our son's wedding so we got them tee - shirts listing they places they visited. We meet them again in Lisbon in August as they are joining us on a cruise departing Lisbon. We've three other cruises lined up this year so we got tee shirts printed for each as our own memento - I know. Sounds daft even bonkers but it's one off for the craic. Mind you we ended up with 20 tee shirts and all from a whim. Speaking of craic we met the owner of this place: Bumper. Now you'll never find him in the kitchen at parties. Genuine top bloke. Seems he literally can print anything onto anything, mugs, flasks, lanyards, posters. It can be simple or complicated, giant to small print. He said they also do picture framing. A one stop shop. What a bloody great find.

Amazing store! Didn't get the guys name who served me today but he had the patience of a Saint! Got tiny pictures for my daughters locket and he put them in for me (which is much harder than it sounds) thank you!!!

After spending £325 in a month, I was unhappy with one £15 product. Manager Sean and owner Bumper said THEY thought it was ok. What I thought didn?t matter, so no replacement. When I asked for a receipt, Sean told me he had other customers and couldn?t ?drop everything for me? (He didn?t say that when taking money of me though). Dreadful customer service all round. The real test of good customer service is not when customers are happy, but when they?re not and Kolormaster failed miserably. I?d also recommend checking costs. I got charged £25 for about 10-12 photos and some were so poor I couldn?t use them (Snappy Snaps was much cheaper and better quality). Their Facebook profile banner states ?Support local business? but I won?t be supporting this local business again. They no longer permit reviews on their Facebook and that speaks volumes.
