We waited 30 minutes and watched 6 further customers get served before us. We where told "2 minutes for the chicken" .... all the previous customers funny enough had ordered chicken (shocker)

Worst KFC I?ve come across live very local so it was more of a convenience to go to this one however have to wait long periods of time for my food the last time I was in there was a black hair in my wrap. I was just told to contact customer care which is never open. Always says email instead. Very frustrating. the amount of times I?ve ordered a delivery. It?s either come late or missing items is beyond the joke this KFC really needs looking into because the management at the top aren?t doing their job right because if there was none of these problems would be happening. It?s just such a shame that I keep coming back and knowing I?m gonna have a bad experience I truly feel like just giving up on this food chain from now on. I?ll be better making my own it will be quicker fresher and nothing would be missing. Plus save me a fortune for the overpriced cost that they are given these days £30 for eight chicken goujons for chips and two gravy absolutely daylight robbery now.

I live nearby so have been to this KFC quite a few times. It is by far the worst KFC I?ve ever been to. The service is always incredibly slow, the staff couldn?t care less, and the order is usually wrong. Every time I go, I vow to not come back again. Then a few years pass and I give it another try. Each time I am even more disappointed.

Very poor burger, so thin there was hardly room for chicken between the coating. The bread bun was stale and the lettuce was not just soggy, it looked like it was rotten in parts. Fries were OK, but the original recipe chicken was dripping and soggy with grease.

Clean facilities, friendly staff and usual great food!
Parking: Just double check the opening times! Was closed today despite webpage saying open from 12pm to 12am!

I love KFC but every time I come to this one, there is something wrong with the order? I keep coming back hoping that it will improve but tonight was terrible? the slowest KFC ever? either the staff aren?t trained well enough or there isn?t enough.. I don?t know what the problem is.. will I come back? Probably ?????

I wanted to pay with cash. Ordered at the kiosks as required, and then waited in line for my order. Eventually staff asked what I was waiting for and I told them my order number, they said I needed to pay before they received my order! This meant then after that I had to wait another while until my food was ready. What a crappy system! All to save on staff costs and customer service. There is nothing anywhere to say this is the way it works.

Ordered 2 meals and waited 40 minutes even though there was only 4 people in the queue.
When we got the food there were several mistakes on the order, and to that I was asked to describe the changes I needed, instead of identifying the issues and providing me with the correct order.
Will take ages, don?t go

Most of the staff didn't speak English or seem to know what they were doing, which is probably why the whole experience was a disaster. All the customers were sitting about waiting 30mins+ for their food including some angry customers in carpark. We ended up getting a refund as we weren't filled with confidence - went elsewhere.
