Went in last night 1/03/25 approx 10ish only person at counter. Food in serving alley just sitting there. 2 servers behind counter took 5 mins before serving me ( yet they were busy doing nothing) finally gave my order --- 2 more customers came in - orders given --- 3 just eat drivers came in jumped queue demanding their orders ---- ( which weren't made up )
Meanwhile 10 mins later the 3 bags of cooked chips still sitting in server alley were still there - finally 15mins after I placed my order the server stated to pack my order he lifted a bag of chips now 17mins sitting there into my bag. I refused them and asked for fresh ones. On receiving my order I left. My word, the quality of food now being served in this shop has vastly dropped. 1/10 for the chicken cold & tasteless --- chicken mimi wraps cold discoloured salad and the fresh chips soggy and greasy--? ??? Top dollar for pure rubbish will never eat in there again 1/10 food

Why did I not bring it back i couldn't be bothered to go back for more of the same --- the dog wouldn't even eat it so binned it ---- pure rubbish

£45 for 3x meals. An embarrassing amount of lettuce in the zinger burgers. 3x tubs of gravy missing! Every single time i order from here there is always a problem! Never ever again. Could have dined out for less!

This use to be the best KFC in Belfast. Food has gone right downhill. Awful tbh. The shop is empty which tells its own story and staff are not very pleasant or polite on any level.. lucky to get any sort of acknowledgement that your even there.

This KFC is safe enough for you to go there alone and the staff is nice and kind and the popcorn chicken and chicken wings and chips and chicken burger and gravy is great and yummy and not cold and the KFC even have toilets
Parking: Parking is a nightmare however Finaghy train station is not far away from the KFC
Kid-friendliness: This KFC have a kids menu and this KFC treats kids amazingly well
Wheelchair accessibility: This KFC treats people in wheelchairs amazingly well

Zinger burger chicken was hard and hash brown was soggy. Far too much sauce put on drum stick was grease. Disgusting. Pointless complaining as they have ignored others complaint. Won't use there again.
