Girl on the phone/till is a real pain. Was sent the wrong order on just eat so decided to phone up, the girl accused me of scamming, I phoned again with my mum on the phone to prove that I am genuine, she went silent. Eventually after numerous calls she blocked my number. Went there in person, met the girl on the phone, she stated that there was rude remarks and laughing on the phone to her (I was in a silent living room with my mum), complete utter lies. She hid behind rules and regulations so now I?m stuck with a deficit of £30. Girl on the phone is a real pain.

incorrect order received. When I tried to ask for my missing drink it took a ridiculous amount of time to even get someone?s attention and then even more time to be given my drink by which time my friends had finished their food and my food was cold. The place was filthy with chicken bones lying on the seats and food on the floor. Will never be back. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

Went for a drive thru and sat at the microphone ready to order for 4 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was there. It's not the first time this has happened either, a simple hello we are working through orders and will be with you soon would be the way to go. Was about to drive off when finally got some service which wasn't worth the wait, attitude and snappy. Finally got to the collection window and they were training a new start who was being talked through everything, which is perfectly fine, just felt sorry he was being trained by the tattoo clad lady with the attitude. Service has really dropped over the last year would probably go to a different branch from now on. Also toilets are always disgusting probably from the army of school kids that are always in it around 3pm, have tried on several occasions to take my daughter in and usually covered in urine and no toliet paper.

Worst kfc I've ever been to.
Went here with friends, got all 3 of our orders wrong.
Gave us too many drinks which still had syrup at the bottom, it wasn't mixed.
Chicken was alright, skin was far too greasy to the point it just was a chore to finish. Not going back

This could be the worse restaurant in belfast. I ordered in for takeaway and stood their for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. The people behind the counter were confused. 50% of my order was in a takeaway sack, the other 50 on a eat-in tray. It sat like that for 15 minutes. They call my number and only half was in the bag. I had to tell them what was missing. The food portions were horrible. Buffalo chicken not even covered in the sauce. The chips were the worst I've ever had. There was a bone in my chicken wrap. Couldn't pay me to go back there.
