I came into KFC today, Sunday 23rd March 2025 @ approximately 3.10pm. It was very dirty, most of the tables were empty but covered in rubbish, not cleared or cleaned. Food and napkins, etc, lying all over the tables and floor. I had to ask for my table to be cleaned. The inexperienced staff came out with a cloth and wiped all the tables in view. No sanitiser was used, and the rubbish wasn't picked up around the tables. Also gravy was spilt on the floor and just left. I would overlook this if the restaurant was busy, but it was extremely quite on this Sunday afternoon. The rest of the staff were standing behind the counter oblivious to what was going on in the restaurant. The bins were also overflowing. As for the food it wasn't very nice and was full of grease. Some of the chicken was pink inside. The signature chips weren't appealing at all. I won't be returning to this outlet or any other KFC for that matter.

Orderd at 2pm and didn?t reacive food until 2:48pm after at least 5 arguments with the staff, staff were extremely rude and brushed me of multiple times and made it out to be my fault that it was taking them that long , around 25 minutes after ordering asked for a refund and they told me they could only refund through card which I didn?t have so forced to wait another 20 minutes , staff argued with me and refused to help me , other customers waiting for there order to be taken for at least 30 minutes then told after waiting to go to kiosk as they wernt using the tills , food was cold which means it was ready well before served , will not be back terrible service something management need to look into

No gravy, roughly about 15 chips and food cold. Asked the cashier is the gravy there, he said "yes in the bag"

Chips were served cold... Coke was flat with no gas ..no atmosphere as was only person in at 11:45 am... Love my Kentucky especially ARDS branch but will not come back to this branch

Fast & Friendly Service
The food was hot and the service was very quick the cleanliness of the restaurant should be much more better. Thanks for the amazing food. Keep up the good work.

This is so disappointing to write, as normally we love KFC!! ,Went tonight at approx 6.15 pm [22/02/25] ,what a bummer ?, Ordered 4pc original meal plus boneless fillet meal !! as for the amount of chips there was' that was terrible as there was hardly any there!! And as for the drinks these were so bad they were 'dead as hector!' There was no fizz whatsoever in the cold beverages and all this cost just over 20quid 'absolutely absurd ,these food items are overrated and they are also marketed as there's nothing like it , on the Self Service Kiosk's screen the food stuff in our order looked so delicious [nothing could be further from the truth in this case !!] Will never choose KFC for Saturday night ever again!! as NOW we have so many other outlets to choose from which is somewhat a relief because if you feel like having tasty chicken there's more that 1vendor to choose from !! Standards have most definitely dropped in this place ! Would take a LOT of convincing/desire/quality & quantity of food to vastly improve,if we were to return !
Parking: Parking very limited when restaurant is busy !!

Poured the gravy all over the bag and over all the food worker needs their background checked shouldn?t be working there and the chicken was slimy and chips were soggy

Ran out of food but the drive through was still open. Cars then stuck in the drive through as there is no way out. If the food was running that low drive through should have been closed off before people entered.

I've been Twice recently to the drive thru and always greeted with a very happy employee. I think his brother also works on the drive thru. Sajid and Rafid, make it a happy experience.

The sit-in was very slow, probably due to the number of drive-through and delivery orders. Even though there were only 2 people in front of me, the order took 16 minutes. Also, a large number of orders were being returned because they were incorrect - the dip was missing from mine.
Having said that, the food was lovely.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for wheelchairs but it was difficult to drive out of the accessible bay due to the queue for drive-through. Also, there is a large pothole at one of the accessible bays.
