I ordered the Snackbox & Flaming Wrap meal which is £3.99 today, tell me why you?d have given me a drumstick instead of the popcorn chicken? and attitude from the staff when they called my number was vile. I basically got my food threw at me? DISGUSTING.

Bought a zinger meal at drive through around 9.15pm last night. Fries were cold and spilled in takeaway bag , fillet was cold and over cooked . The soft drink was fine. This meal was uneatable and had to be binned. I had nipped out of work on a short break and didn't have an opportunity to return meal to restaurant.
I can honestly say I find it hard to accept that my server wasn't aware that this meal was cold and sitting way to long in holding area before serving. However he made the decision to serve it anyway. Low standards of quality are not acceptable from KFC considering the prices they charge and I won't be returning to this restaurant and would advise others to avoid.

Food was poor enough, chicken burger was fine but the chips were hateful. Not a nice vibe to sit in, it seems most people drive through as we were the only dine in there.

I wouldn?t even give this KFC one star. I bought a wings box and found small strands of feathers on the chicken wings. When I complained, the staff dismissed my concerns, saying it was okay to eat. This is unacceptable and shows very poor customer service.

Ordered delivery, food arrived cold and saggy.
The order missing 2 corn and 2 portions of rice.
Tried calling 7 times on the number provided here, no answer.

Went through the drive through on 09/09/24 at 9:30pm. The woman that was on the drive through has poor customer service. Answered the drive through by saying ?give me a minute?- which was blunt and abrupt. When we ordered and went round to the window, she proceed to stand and talk to 4 other members of staff before giving us our food. She proceeded to open the window and stand with a scanner out. She didn?t say anything. We asked her what she wanted and figured out ourselves it was to scan the rewards app. Why, in a customer facing role, would this member of staff not say to the customer can I scan your rewards app instead of standing blanked face. When we said we didn?t know what you wanted because you didn?t say anything she then proceeded to pull faces. Got home and realised the chips went seasoned. Pure laziness. Complete and utter rubbish customer service.

I ordered for collection.
They did not put the sauces I ordered. Which was 50p each.
I ordered a 10 piece bucket and there were 6 drumsticks, 1 piece of wings and few other pieces.
Some pieces were socked in oil.
I tried to call the shop no one picked up the phone.
While waiting for food I saw overfilled bins with liquid flowing out of it just beside the till.
Not impressed.

Disgusting!! Got popcorn chicken meals... chicken was inedible, honestly wouldn't even give my dog it. Chips not even cooked properly. Serious lack of professionalism from Drive through staff also. Safe to say I will never be back.

Went in, place stank of BO. Waited over 5 minutes at the counter, no one even looked over to take my order. Walked out.
PS Responding to KFCs reply - there is clearly a staff hygiene issue here which is easily fixed. Yet a very similar review 6 months ago doesn't seem to have been acted on.
Also what I've heard from a staff member in another local branch is major issues with low staffing levels.
