Service absolutely brutal waited over near 2 hours for food kept changing the time for the delivery , said it had a driver then it said it didn't , don't know how a big fast food chain think this can make people wait on delivery, never ever again will I be getting out of KFC shankill Rd , disgrace

Vegan burger has texture of wood, seriously dry. Had to wait for quite a bit. Burgers are very small for the price. Fries where fine but soft. Please improve vegan burger if it?s the only non meat you serve!!!

Ordered at 7:50 go to store its closed.
Apps still active for orders and their till and screen are active and I can see my order popup on screen as I checked in coming up.
Shut but they didnt shut down deliveries or collections , tell me to cancel it on app , I cant because its checked in. They dont cancel it instore so now the thieving gits have stolen my order.
Apparently its been closing early for last 2 months but somehow staff aint smart enough to shit down their systems so orders are still going though.

I'm am very displeased with the service I recieved tonight ..went through drive through and as usual something missing from my order...went in to make them aware of my problem and waited 20mins fir them to give me the items....need to train staff to check all items are delivered to customer. Another customer was in behind me also with wrong order. So disgusted as this would happen often and this is the 1st time I've decided to complain

Every time I use this place the order is wrong , went down tonight ask for 10 wings got home to find only 6 , last week was the same order a meal and 7up got home to find it was fissy water , not good at all

Got for first time today from this branch. Saw the person before me had missing items to I checked mine before leaving...they forgot my wrap so I had to ask for that...assumed my granddaughters meal was ok as I saw the burger and ehat I though were a bag of chips...got all the way home and turns out her chips in kids meal was gravy !! Was too far to go back and I had to make her some chips...also the sundae with the kids me wasn't available and I asked what else can I have and they said a coke....what a second drink !! No thanks....cosy me almost £26 in total too and having that terrible service and having to make chips myself on top of that....absolutely horrendous service and won't be back

A KFC as we know it, but unfortunately very dirty. Whether the floor, table or chairs, everything was dirty. It's a shame, because the food was good, but you couldn't enjoy it.
