Service absolutely terrible waited 1 hour to order and when they do they refused to severe never go here cleanliness is terrible

Service absolutely brutal waited over near 2 hours for food kept changing the time for the delivery , said it had a driver then it said it didn't , don't know how a big fast food chain think this can make people wait on delivery, never ever again will I be getting out of KFC shankill Rd , disgrace

Vegan burger has texture of wood, seriously dry. Had to wait for quite a bit. Burgers are very small for the price. Fries where fine but soft. Please improve vegan burger if it’s the only non meat you serve!!!
