Save yourself the bother and either go to Burger King next door or KFC on Donegal Place. Waited 30mins for food and hadn?t been put through correct. No food and no refund had to call KFC HQ. This is the only kfc in the country where I have had problems. lady behind till can be very dismissive

Ordered twice in one day the first order was missing a whole meal and no drinks at all ordered again order messed up again very bad service and food was cold ? will never be orderin here again.

A complete waste of money.
The Chinese lady at the counter doesn't help, and is very dismissive you with your order at all and I asked for a meal and she took the order wrong.
Really bad service and it took them 10 mins just to get my order.
Wouldn't recommend it at all :(((

I visited your takeaway during my lunch in CastleCourt @ 14.15pm on 16/5 the 2 members of staff at the till continued talking (they could clearly see myself and another person in the queue) I had to ask if I could place an order, the lady at the till put our orders through but her attitude was shocking, due to being asked to do her job !!! If there was no stars I would be choosing that, customer service shocking !!!

That was the worst experience just order one item as wasn?t feeling much hungry. The fries was literally cold and i was like whats going on here. Not recommended if that simple thing is so much worst. Not sure about how they provide other
