? Heartbreaking experience every time. When it's busy, the staff are unbelievably unprofessional, and even when it's quiet, the service somehow manages to be just as bad. ? I always order the same thing, and yet, I never get what I actually asked for. It?s like they don?t even care. ?
The other day, I went early in the morning when the place was completely EMPTY. You'd think they'd get my order right since mine was the only one to prepare... but no. ? I got home, opened the bag, and found half my order missing?the box wasn?t even full. Just an empty, sad little meal waiting for me. ?
Do yourself a favor?go anywhere else or stay hungry. Don?t make the mistake of coming here. Will never recommend this place to anyone. ??

Went to the toilet when the husband was in the queue, it was busy and I couldn't wait - wasn't allowed to go as didn't yet have a receipt - disgusted, I actually pulled husband out of the queue and left and I love my trip to Belfast and a KFC at the end of the day and this put a bad note on the day. Won't be back to this establishment.

Charged daughter twice for meal , told her she had to come back to get refund. Travelled back to Belfast, 40miles round trip to be told everyone has been refunded try your bank or come back. Customer service at it's finest.

Our order was taken by Rachel and boy she?s awfully rude! Mind you that the store wasn?t busy and we?re the only customer as the other customers used the ordering machine (one of the machine was out of service hence we go to her). She asked what sauce or sides we want and when asked what are the options she kept rolling her eyes. We?re not from UK and not familiar with KFC menu here. The food is as expected from KFC, no issue. But Rachel, do better or soon you?ll be replaced by machine which actually doing better job than you.

Bad customer service ever.
There?s no Tropicana (+£0.5) left. It?s okay.
But they give me a ?left over drink? instead. Plus only got one chicken fillet but order plus size and small can of left over drink. I still remember that Indian girl. She just don?t care and rush for next order. It?s absolutely scam!

Ordered the food with two different milkshakes, one Oreo and one aero, but was given two Oreo. Took 10 minutes to find out they had no Oreo rather than asking before serving. Then on top of that found a hair in my gravy which put me off. Safe to say unlikely be going back.
