Took my grandson to kit him out for summer. Great selection of gear to choose from, no problem until he came to trainers he had to have the most expensive. Promised to take him back in September for his birthday.

rude, unhelpful staff. went to the store last evening to pick up an online order and followed the instructions (speak to a member of staff when arrive at store). 3 members of staff deep in personal conversation at the front doors, asked for help and was told to go to the counter. I must have interrupted the very important personal conversation going on. When i got to the till, the only member of staff working, was busy trying to find a discount card so that they could give the customer in front of me extra discount. It took me asking was no other staff available for someone to arrive to help, only for the staff member to serve me and then walk away again, leaving the customer behind still waiting. Horrendous customer service, and i would suggest having a look at you staff especially in the run of to a busy period.

Store was very busy as usual. Store was a bit chaotic but staff were trying to be everywhere at once.Was able to find what we were looking for and got out quite quickly.

Good selection but the floor staff aren?t very good, found most of the young male staff only wanted to assist the young girls wanting help, waited ages, asked several staff for help, was told several times?.?just a minute? by a few different staff, not a great experience, to be honest, very disappointed
