Just completed the 6 week challenge at Intent and found it a very rewarding experience.Met a lot of lovely people and Josh and Michelle are excellent coaches.The gym facilities are great and the amount of sessions put on everyday means there?s a time slot to suit everyone.After 6 weeks I have found myself fitter, more energetic and far more knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition than before I started.Would def recommend to anyone at any fitness level!

Joined Intent 6 weeks ago and I love it. Josh and Michelle are great coaches, they really push you hard but always keep a close eye on you to make sure your form is correct and you always leave with a sense of achievement. In 6 weeks my mind set has changed completely about nutrition and training and it's all down to Josh, Michelle and of course the community in and outside of the gym. Best decision I've ever made

If you?re looking for a challenging yet cosy vibe, this is the gym for you! I joined 4 months ago and have seen really pleasing results in my strength and fitness levels. The commitment made by members is matched with superb motivation, knowledge and enthusiasm by coaches Josh and Michelle. Intent really is a model gym ?

My wife and I have just completed the 6 week 'Intent Challenge'. The trainers, Josh & Michelle, obviously know their stuff and were very helpful and supportive. There was always a friendly vibe in the small group sessions.The gym is well set out and each person is encouraged to work to their own level, taking account of fitness, strength and any injuries. There are plenty of alternative slots available so there should always be a time to suit you.An additional benefit is having access to specific Apps to track your progress and know in advance of each session what exercises you will be completing that day.The challenge has certainly given us a bit more structure in our training and we would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to kick-start their fitness programme.

Best. decision. ever. Josh and Sara are fantastic trainers, fully supportive, and their sessions are both fun and challanging! I always leave intent in a better mood and feeling energetic. The results ive gotten over the past ten months speak for themselves.

I always said that I'd prefer to stick pins in my eyes than go to a gym. I have been attending intent gym for 2 months and love it, starting to see results. Highly recommend

As a newbie, almost 50 year old who never really exercised, attending a gym filled me with huge apprehension. It wasn't just about how I might look to others. It was also about how my body would cope!The first few weeks were tough, learning the ropes and dealing with my body struggling to adjust but 7 weeks in I cannot believe I am saying that I actually miss the gym when I'm not there! I'm seeing improvements everyday. What's that all about?!.Well, for me it's about the culture of this gym and the leadership of Josh. It's all about support, encouragement and the provision of high calibre advice and expertiese. Josh is clear there is no place for ego in his gym even as far as not having mirrors! He wants you to be the best you and he works hard to support your vision and goals not his own.Josh has built a community. A community who are respectful of each other, who support each other and look out for each other. It feels a very safe place to be yourself.If you aren't in good shape and perhaps feeling a bit self conscious about joining a gym, this is most definitely the gym for you!!I can't recommend Josh highly enough. He has built his business on a strong value base and his focus is to support others achieve better health and wellbeing rather than any other reason and that is admirable!Why don't you come and try it out?! What have you got to loose....? Think about what you might gain ??

Josh is great coach who supports you inside and outside of the gym which helps to keep you accountable. The sessions are tailored to your ability and delivered in an enjoyable environment. I couldn't recommend this gym enough!!

I?ve been part of Intent since December ?21. I?ve been so impressed with Coach Josh?s commitment to his clients - I?ve never once felt like a customer. He asks a lot of you but that?s reciprocated. He?s been helping me get to grips with nutrition too.

Josh is a fantastic coach and lovely person. I?ve had the pleasure of working with him as a PT both as an in-person and virtual client. He is so passionate about what he does and shares knowledge with his clients daily. I achieved great results with Josh and you can too if you put in the work, are committed and trust the process. The gym itself is really cool and you?ll often find Josh?s dog Nacho hanging out there too! The calorie burn from an in person session is insane! I would highly recommend Josh and Intent Fitness.

Great gym with a great leader Josh! I joined Intent hoping to improve upon my strength and overall fitness. Josh not only encourages the physical side of fitness but also nutrition incorporating online sessions as well as specific apps designed to help you track your progress. The Group sessions are fun and rewarding and over the last 3 months I have improved my strength but also learned properly how to use certain equipment and improve my form for exercises I was doing wrong. Thanks for all of the help Josh!

I would recommend Intent to anyone - the confidence, knowledge and empowerment I now feel is all down to Josh / Intent. Josh is a brilliant coach who helped me ensure I met my own personal goals but also so much more, such as the difference I now notice in my general well-being - I?m much more able, active and confident and that?s such a big take home! Not just the actual classes (which have such a great community feel) but the online aspects and training have all made the difference. I attack each day now with better motivation, goals and ultimately, intent! Thanks for everything Josh! ??
