We needed a couple of bits from IKEA and we were in Belfast anyway so I figured why not. Now don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of the store and the company itself. I love their forward thinking furniture design ideas and you can't beat a good meatball dinner and daim cake right??Where they got it wrong was having such an incredibly complicated store layout that you get so completely lost that you might end up lost in the rabbit run forever.Anyway, long story short, I now live in the kitchen section but all the food is plastic...please bring food!

I want to thank the two exemplary staff members who, on a wet Saturday night at closing time, volunteered their kind assistance in lifting heavy goods into my car. Above and beyond the job description - thank you so much and Happy New Year.

Don't mind going here , some nice ideas in interior design , food is good enough for the price . Furniture is quite good with some clever ideas , just I spend to much every time I go

I am buying for the second time in a month, the first time I bought a bed that was delivered broken, I took this part of the bed to the store and I got a refund but no one returned my time, the second time I ordered a cabinet and again received broken parts, what should I do now, take the broken parts to the store again and convince the manager that I received broken parts, I don't have them for this time, what should I do?

I had a frustrating experience returning items to IKEA Belfast. Dealing with defective items resulted in a 30% deduction, and the process was a nightmare. The staff seemed unhelpful, rude, and unresponsive, simply repeating, "This is our policy, sorry." It's disheartening when trying to resolve issues with faulty products. I suggest shopping furniture at Next or EZliving. Far better quality and better customer service. I will never buy another IKEA product ever again.

The reason I go is for the cinnamon buns. I love them. Especially warm with a coffee.?

All the products were layed out in an easy to see manner. The building was well spaced out so it was easy to find my way round.

IKEA Belfast will accept Google Pay upstairs in the Cafeteria, but downstsirs while trying to pay for more substantial items - Holiday gifts - the manager will lie, gaslight and everything he can in order to blame a single 74 year old woman for "being faulty."Pure hatred and misogyny. He said firmly ,"This is the only time THIS (the failure of Google Pay to pass along my payment) has happened."An honest and forthright young male downstairs cafe employee told me," Oh this happens all the time." and he gave me the item I was trying to purchase. I had to use my very small store of cash to pay instead ALL THE WHILE NOT KNOWING IF I WAS CHARGED TWICE - ONCE FOR THE "FAILED" GOOGLE PAY PAYMENTS AND THEN FOR MY CASH.

Went to pick up medium sized office storage unit that fits into the car. The only option to buy it despite the pricy tag was to pay additional £40 delivery fee, as this unit in colour we needed is "delivery only"!Went to Argos and picked up similar unit 3 times cheaper.

I bought a double wardrobe in early October. Paid £40 for delivery. Four weeks later paid £197 for assembly only to be told four door panels were not included in the delivery. Turns out these panels aren't being delivered until next Monday. Very poor service.

Always a great experience and you can't beat a hearty kids meal for less than £1.50 with fresh fruit and juice included.

Great place, food is ok! Easy to find what you're after but recommend getting information from website for your item location in the store if you want to be in and out sort of thing. Staff are helpful and usually easy to find one, lol.

Visited recently and had amazing service from Hildegarde - such a refreshing customer service experience. A lovely lady - couldn?t be more helpful and informative. Did I mention that she is 81?Older generation have so much to offer (having a wealth of life experience) and but sadly overlooked. Fantastic to see IKEA leading the way.
