We walked in to look for a foundation for my mam and stopped by the charlotte tilbury counter expecting just that. To say the experience was amazing would be putting it lightly. Lauren is such a gem going through my mams whole makeup routine and explaining how to properly use and utilize each and every one in her routine. She managed to make my mam feel amazing and more confident. Would 100% recommend visiting and we?ll be back.

Had the displeasure of shopping here today. I am currently on a minimoon with my husband and I was really really looking forward to going to charlotte tilbury. Only to be met with the most un-bothered, fake and not particularly helpful sales lady. Nearly everything i wanted to buy was out of stock, this included a balm, eyeshadow pallet and another item (the lady never bothered to show me any alternatives). I then walked back to my hotel, to then realise that I was sold the wrong eyeliner. I had to walk all the way back, to which the eyeliner that I wanted in the first place was out of stock, along with the other 3 alternatives that I had picked out. The manager herself was equally inattentive to my situation. Honestly, you should really make sure that the stock isn't as empty as it was and if you aren't happy working there then maybe find another job. Absolutely awful experience. I regularly shop at charlotte tilbury in the Republic and ive NEVER had an experience such as this, I couldn't speak highly enough of the ladies thag work in the other stores, should probably take notes from them.

I needed to replace my luggage. The sales associate was very helpful, even pointing me to the place to catch my bus. The selection was limited but good.

The most atrocious customer service i have had to deal with ever. Ordered something and never recieved it. I have no one to contact to solve my purchase issue, all i get is we will respond to you in a few days. The customer service agent i dealt with was very dismissive, very rude and very useless as if me wanting details was annoying her and wasting her time.

I am so upset. Today I went to Coach to buy a handbag for £259. I gave the staff £300, then she counted it over and over again to see if it was fake. After going through all the steps, she gave me back 75p. I am just a tourist here. My English is not good so I had to ask the interpreter to talk to her. Taking advantage of the customer not knowing English, she stole £40 from me. I was also negligent when I got the change back and didn't check it again until I got home and checked the bill. I need to be resolved! I can't believe this nonsense happened at a famous brand. And I don't know how many people have been like this. If possible, please check the camera again today at 15:55, 27/07/25. It's not the airline's fault, it's the staff who blatantly took advantage of tourists who didn't know the language. This is the branded bag I bought for my own birthday. With the first money I earned, I feel very sad to meet such an employee! I really hope the manager can solve my problem.

Not as nice looking as you would expect. Selection isn't that great. A lot brands have been removed from the home department and it looks a bit bare.

You need to wait to be let in AND out of the changing area. A second person to rate your fit isn't even allowed in. The person who lets people in and out also deals with the checkout so you have a massive queue at both. Ridiculous.

TERRIBLE customer service. One staff member laughed at me when I said I didn?t want a credit note. FRASERS DONT DO REFUNDS, they won?t tell you this when you?re making a purchase though. Last time shopping here.

The place is very nice but the thing that i admired and appreciated more was the costumer service, specifically a female called Hasnaa, her service was amazing honestly her welcoming and help deserves a 5 stars alone, she gave me great information and recommendations, amazing personality as well.

Terrible store, zero customer service. Hardly any staff on the floor, was looking at an expensive pair of trousers, went to try them on and was accosted by a rude female assistant who abruptly told me that those changing rooms were only for a particular brand and I needed to go the length of the store to the back wall to try them on. I didn't bother and left. What pitifully few staff there are seem demotivated and make no attempt to engage with potential customers. Reflects badly on Belfast.
