I was walking around Belfast City Centre and stumbled upon this gem of a shop! I grabbed a hot chocolate to-go so I could sip on it and have a photo shoot with it around the city. The staff is friendly and the environment is very clean and inviting. The place was packed guessing by its popularity in the area. There are many tables to sit at and also a gift shop sort of section where you can buy chocolate boxes. The hot chocolate drink was VERY rich as expected and satisfied my cocoa craving.

I was there to collect my hotel chocolate order and grab a hot chocolate. Couldn't recommend nutmilk hazelnut hot chocolate enough for vegans. The staff were really friendly. Great hot chocolate options.

This place is great! They have a huge selection of all kinds of chocolate, a beautiful show room, and the most friendly staff I?ve encountered in a long time. I got an amazing hot chocolate made by Emma. Excellent?I would give them my highest recommendation! I?ll definitely be back!

Just read on facebook a 77 year old woman was refused service unless she removed her poppy, I will never set foot in your shop again this is an absolute disgrace I will tell everyone I know not to go to this business ????#

Contracted Food Poisoning following my recent visit resulting in 3 days in hospital. Reported to management who frankly were not interested.. Matters reported to authorities. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR GEALTH

Place overlooking the central square of the City, worthy of enjoying a hot chocolate worthy of that name by Belfast standards, ..but in Vienna, Paris or Italy it would be just more than discreet. I appreciated the chilli flavour, but the cream on top took away the taste and the further two missing stars.

I had never visited a Hotel Chocolat cafe, so when I saw this one in Belfast it was a must. It was a hot afternoon, so I knew some kind of iced drink would be my choice. I opted for an original (?) chocolate drink with cream. When it was served I was immediately impressed. It looked so tasty and was actually divine to drink. I can not wait to visit another hotel chocolat cafe.
