Service was very slow , 4 meals couldn't eat mine as there was a big hair in.it, my daughters also had what looked like a piece of thread in hers and beimg autistic was enough to put her of so she ate the chips I had. No manager came near to apologise . Didn't come to see if we wanted another drink or deserts. Just ask for bill after 15 minutes and left and went elsewhere for desert
This used to be a much better place , they've even done away with the 2 disabled spaces. Won't be back

Visited for Sunday dinner recently, two of us chose the roast chicken with stuffing. The food arrived without stuffing which meant the meat was extremely dry and lacked taste. We raised this with two separate waiting staff who both told us the kitchen had unfortunately run out of stuffing. It would?ve been nice to be told this when ordering as we definitely would?ve chosen something different. Disappointing!

A great spot whether you want a drink or food, or even both. Always a great atmosphere and a good vibe. Plenty entertainment on most nights and lots of seats, indoors and outdoors.

There's always a buzz atmosphere in HT's.
This time, we took the offer of a two course meal, with a glass of wine or soft drink, for £22, a snip!
The food was excellent, as was the service.

Lunchtime visit with my 95yr old mother in law. Great food, staff friendly and very attentive. Cannot fault my visit. Looking forward to a return visit

We were seated between 2 large tables of ppl celebrating birthdays. They were v noisy and rowdy. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a quiet anniversary dinner

Horatio Tood's say it is dog friendly outside. Fine, if one is on their own how can I be told to go outside when I have to order. Then outside to be told I have to go in to order. Please state if you are dog friendly or not when ordering as one person.. I was embarrassed to be told this inside. Sad because I have been here before and never had an issue. Unfortunately because of being embarrassed I will not be back. Also outside was very cold no heating. Went very near and was VERY WELLCOMED BY LOVELY STAFF WITH BIG SMILES AND OUTSIDE HEATING. OBVIOUSLY Horatio Tood's don't want people with their dogs at certain times of the week. Should make this more clear. Are you dog friendly or not? ????
