York Gate Shop always close 1 hr before closing time displayed on their own shop door as well as their website, this is always misleading and confusing and time wasted for all customers as many return back due to this deviation. Request to either update revised timings on website or Shop door, so that Customers can plan accordingly.

The staff are so helpful at Andersonstown Belfast store. I was looking for a white folding table . I asked a male member of staff for help as I could not find this item . He found a black top table . I was going to buy this as I thought the one I wanted had been sold out. He insisted on looking and found a white top table . Then without asking offered to carry it to my car . I wished him a good day because by his attitude and support he had made mine
The following week I had brought my sister to the store in her wheelchair. She held a shopping basket on her lap as we chose items to buy. However after picking too many items I ended up carrying some and pushing the wheelchair . This was awkward . Two female staff approached us offering their support . They carried all our items to the cash register . They were so cheerful and helpful .
All the staff I have been in contact with including the the ones on the cash registers are friendly and helpful
I have to add the staff in the Donegal Road store are very friendly and helpful
A helpful and positive attitude to customers adds a community sense of identity in these stores . Thank you

I like this store, however the staff are enough to put me off wanting to come in, so now I only do when I absolutely have to. I'd rather go to the abbeycentre one. Everytime I've came in to buy bits and bobs, they all stand at the back of the shop about 3 or 4 of them (manager and all) whispering & staring at me like I've 2 heads; I've starting doing the same back to them. Very intimidating and poor customer service. Do better!

One of the bigger home bargains - loads of bargains to be had here! I buy my bird food here as this is the cheapest place to buy in bulk, but inevitably end up buying loads of other things as they're cheaper than other supermarkets.
