Visited Holland & Barrett at Forestside today. Been suffering with bowel loops that in the past has led to me having a twisted bowel(volvulos). The pain is very overwhelming / severe. Denise Burns I was unable to refund due to company policy. I rang head office, they explained to you on the phone instore. Probably why they didn't respond accordingly to your complaint. We ended up having to get security to escort you out of Forestside as you were still in the shop 2 hours later being verbally abusive... read full comment
