I visited the H&B store in Ann Street, Belfast, recently on several occasions. The young lady I spoke to was so very friendly and helpful. Her product knowledge was excellent. I believe her name is Roisin. Sadly this is her last week with H&B.

Very bad experience. I went in to buy some protein powder. I parked my electric bike at the door of the store so I could buy it and leave. Someone inside, I don't know if it was the manager or something, came over and told me that the car could not be parked. I was wondering how popular this store can be with such a layout.

I suggest you going to the store at Castle Court second floor if you want some HB products, the staff is more friendly than there. I met very rude staff when I want to return the wrong items, that is a terrible experiment.

The store is fine, a variety of supplements, protein bars, etc. However, the representative that is normally there, funny hair in different colours, blue eyes, itâ??s sort of dummy. She doesnâ??t give any help, and itâ??s guided most for the customers around. Not professional Iâ??d say.

H&B is a great source of vitamins, minerals and general health food supps. You need to do your research before you go though. They do have a huge selection of things that are very unnecessary and complete placebos. Like raspberry ketones! there are no such thing as fat burners! or Teatox/detox teas like bootea, the evening ones are laxative effect, you may lose "weight" but its not fatloss. Their protein powders are very overpriced. Bars are full of sugar, check the macros! low fat/carbs are not the answer. In saying this, I do buy a lot of their raw grains, rye and pumpernickel breads and they have great deals like buy one, get another for a penny. The staff are helpful.

Holland and Barrett on Ann Street is a brilliant 5 star health shop and here's why: ~ Excellent customer service from friendly, helpful staff. ~ Best range of vitamins you'll find on the high street including multivitamins for vegetarians and vegans ~ There's a great selection of dairy free, vegan, vegetarian and health food in store including pâtés, nut roasts, beans, pulses, teas and snacks etc. ~ Superb creams, lotions, potions, cosmetics and make up. ~ Their loyalty card is awesome. ~ This is a lovely, new, bright, clean store which is a pleasure to walk through. I can say no more, it's just a splendid shop. Love it.
