I went into Hobbs Victoria Centre Belfast this morning around 11:30, the shop was empty apart from myself and 2 shop assistants who were around the till area talking.I was looking for an outfit for my son's wedding. Not one of the ladies even spoke to me or looked in my direction to ask if I needed any help.I thought to myself "if you can't even be bothered to speak to me then I'm not spending my money in here "Hobbs Loss. I took myself a short walk to Phase 8...What a difference I was met with the most beautiful girl who greeted me with a big smile and a HELLO the shopping experience in Phase 8 was brilliant .....guess where I'm buying my wedding OUTFIT.

The lady who was assisting me was helpful. I had decided to buy the bootsBut before we went to the tile the other lady asked her to see to someone else.This to me was very rude and also took longer to make my purchase. I did point this out toYour staff member who asked if I wanted to complain, I said I was complaining to her.My copy of receipt state till 1 user 1054841. But have decided to complain via this email
