Got my product so I'm very happy. Looks to be a very good door chain lock for £4.29.You'll need to bring your mask with you as it's mandatory. At the door they've got hand sanitizer, screens at the tills and distance stickers on the floor.”

I had ordered a strip of melamine and then they called me when it arrived.When I went in to collect it, one of the fellas cut it into size for me and even carried it to my car.I found the store to be very well stocked and the staff were polite & professional. To be honest, because they were so good I went home looking for projects to start.”

“Might be bias, but the staff do work hard and do try to help as many customers as possible within their ability and within the restrictions of the business. But the sales Assistants and management will always try to give the best customer service they can, the only thing I might add is do your best to help them, e.g. Place orders on the app for collection and do your best to research and look up items/codes before heading to the store. It will make the experience much better for you and will give the staff the much needed assistance to create a speedy and efficient service.”

“Staff are very friendly. Homeware is on second floor. Escalators facing you as you enter. Home prep (B&Q) type stuff; wood, paints, workers bits & bobs downstairs. It’s often hard to find a member of staff it’s that big but they start putting their Christmas stuff out mid October so it’s a great place to go if you’re like me and want to get the best stuff before everything is squashed. Especially tree ornaments etc. they have an outdoor plant section too.”
