Been a member here for years and have never been refused a loan but that prob because I have been a good saver with them, only prob I have is the staff can be a bit rude and worst bit is consistently rude and they obv don't realise it! But it's a credit union and they offer really good rates on loans and I have got used to the staff so it's ok lol
