Great item for the price. Unfortunately the first one had no keys so it had to be returned hassle free and a new one obtained. Thankfully this one had keys so I was able to access the locked drawers and get the wheels and fit them. All in all a usable handy tool chest with adequate storage for the occasional diyer /hobbyist
All staff I spoke with in Newtownabbey branch were very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. Made the exchange easy!!

I visited the store at Newtownabbey today to have new car registration plates fitted. The man who fitted them was an absolute gent. So polite and helpful and he did a super job. I?m delighted! Thank you.
The young lady at the main till area was also very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend the store and am glad to now be a member of the Halfords Motoring Club.

Bought halfords chrome paint. Well at least that was the description on line. As can be seen in photo, it is labelled silver. So obviously won't be anything like chrome.

They have some really inexperienced staff doing installations of equipment: Car Lights, Wiper blades etc. Had to get my brake light replaced, normally do it myself, but thought I'll let the "professionals" do it. The guy didn't even know how to take out the lights to replace the bulbs or how to reinstall it back. Good thing there was a supervisor to guide him, but it didn't stop the inexperienced staff causing damage to the light unit while installing it back. They are using customer's cars to practice and learn which is Completely unprofessional, when they should be given the necessary training beforehand or even atleast watch a YouTube video.The light bulb blew off 5 minutes after installation due to the shoddy nature of the job, and when I went back to inquire what had happened, they blamed it on the car having an electric problem.I understand that this may not the norm, but first time getting an installation from Halfords, and completely unprofessional and disappointing. Just watch a YouTube video and do it yourself than give your vehicle to these amateurs.

Went into my local Halford in Newtownabbey for headlight bulb and got it fitted while you wait, the guy who dealt with me was very nice and only took few minutes to do well done and many thanks.
