Excellent service and polite, friendly professional staff. My only criticism would be nothing to do with the staff at all, but £9 to fit windscreen wipers (a job which took the guy 30-60 seconds to do is, I feel, excessive - my arm is damaged so I had no choice but to pay. That aside though... I'm a happy customer and will return.

Absolute joke gave my reg in to buy engine oil they gave me the wrong bottle leaving me with a £400 bill to repairs the damage thanks turned out an expensive bottle of oil. Update from mechanic the damage is actually way worse I can?t get my car back for a few weeks I now have to transport to work and it?s going to cost around £1000 absolute joke I expect Halfords to fit this bill and the employee who made the mistake should not be in this job as he has cost a regular customer serious financial problems this is a disgrace I will be in store today

I went online to search for car sat nav's and saw that Halfords were doing a front and back window deal plus fitting for a great price and decided to go for it. The Sat nav was installed within the hour. Neat and tidy job well done 10/10

Arrived couple of minutes later approached by customer service.
His friendly demeanor actually brightened my day this added to his efficient handling meant I was out the door in under 5 minutes with the transaction completed and a lighter step to my day.
