Charlie is beyond ignorant. Awful customer service. D + S are great staff. However, this place just falls short because of others. It?s in a working area, where people have times breaks and need to get food quickly.

Called in for a chicken bake and doughnut. Service was quick, and the takeaway price, as usual, was a little cheaper than dine in. Staff were well presented and efficient. The rest of the store was clean and tidy. Not much more to say. It is a fast food shop and what you expect.

Obviously went for a steak bake, with limited time to spare, thought I'd grab a quick bite. Alas, 15 minutes wait was not an option, so opted for the pepperoni slice instead. Wish I hadn't bothered.

Pretty grim Gregg's with a selection of freezing cold food, dirty tables and bogging toilets. I like Greggs because it's cheap and cheerful but this one just has the cheap part covered.
Vegetarian options: Vegan sausage roll, cheese sandwiches, cheese and onion pastie
