I?m here almost every day and the workers are 10/10. I was watching a girl with Lea on her name badge work with the customers infront of me. She was so kind and upbeat! These people make belfast! (If her names not Lea it?s the girls with the tattoos - such a credit to the company!!

Very disappointed to say the least ask if the vegan sausage rolls were in the oven to be told that they are doing none in store but if we wanted it delivered that we could get one no problem at all! Very very sly and underhanded! Fix your staff and service!!!

I have always loved greggs sausage rolls.i bought them today and they seem to have changed. the heartburn is killing me.was in again on monday 26th august.there was a customer infront of me and they had a yorkshire terrior in the shop with them.i thought greggs did not allow dogs in their shops. i wont be buying anything else if they r going to allow dogs in.

This place is really expensive for a bakery.
Unfortunately we can't get a booth because Greggs allows the people sleep in the booths.
Every single table with rubbish or dirty
Customers having to clean dirty tables that they staff are walking past and ignoring
Staff need to learn to clean as they go.
Not one staff member approached this man after been told.
I'm all for helping the homeless but this is Gregg's not a homeless shelter.

We took away some sandwiches and salad. They were both rather good. Quick and effective service. the donut could have been better however.
