I saw there were no vegetable curry puffs in the display, so I asked the staff if there will be more, I would be happy to wait. He promised me there would be, so I paid for it. A moment later, he told me there weren't any actually after checking and offered me an alternative that was cheaper than what I paid for. To my understanding, if a customer is inconvenienced and alternative is required, it should be of equal or higher value.

Ordered two double breakfast deals - half the order was missing and the half that was delivered was freezing cold and the roll was wrong also only half a.cup of coffee as it was spilt all over the place

Food arrived freezing, goujons hard as a rock. Also missing items. Contacted the shop and was told that they gave the driver 2 bags. Asked him to contact driver however when driver leaves shop they can't contact them!!! Was dips and drinks part of meal deal so basically nothing can be done!!
