We had the lunch deal yesterday afternoon. The pizza, garlic bread and salads were all beautiful and such amazing value. The kids meal was also very good. The value for money was hard to beat. But the best thing was our lovely waitress Emily who was like a wee ray of sunshine honestly, thank you.

Went for a birthday dinner and was very disappointed. Firstly it took 30 minutes to even be asked for a drink order, so we ordered food at the same time as we didn?t want to wait even longer to put a food order in. The food then took 1 hour to arrive and we were very dissatisfied with the pizza, it looked like an oven pizza. Pasta was lovely and the chicken wings where average. However, as lovely as staff where, all the tables around us were also waiting over an hour for food so we all left disappointed. After the price of you pay for the food and leaving the restaurant still hungry, we wouldn?t be in any rush back.

Have been multiple times to greens in recent years with family who enjoy the place. Every time we went the pizza has been either soggy or flavourless. The wings came out pale, zero crisp on them. Always waiting hours for our food and usually comes wrong. Every time we have to go I hope it's got better but sadly it's always disappointing. The one pro it had was the bring your own bottle policy - however I learnt no longer in place and it's £20+ for a bottle of wine.
Mention though - the staff themselves are always lovely.
Better pizza and drinks elsewhere.

Great staff and service. Unfortunately, it has been decided after 25 odd years that you can no longer bring your own wine or beer. What a shame!

Really poor experience at Ballyhackamore. Staff were rude, waited over an hour for food. Half the starters came then we were told the rest would come with our food, would have accepted that but there was no apology or recognition that the service messed up! Portion sizes were really poor, one pasta came as a much bigger compared to another, despite paying the same price. When we give feedback to staff, it was brushed under the cover. Really disappointing as regularly customers!

Waiting more than 45 mins to get this large pizza which is served burnt, it costs £17.50. Waste the money. The taste is just average. Really not happy.

Been going to greens for the last 20+ year and once again pthe pizza was watery. But the main most off putting reason I will not be returning in the nearer future is the aggressiveness of the so called manager to our company, she should not be dealing with the public in a customer service environment. Greens has also been a valued local spot offering good food at a reasonable price but the last few visits have been hugely disappointing&a member of staff such as that does the buisness no benefit.

Was waiting over 40 minutes for the starter to come, and that turned out to be tiny. Another 20 minutes and our food finally arrived. Crusts were burnt black, kid?s pizza was ridiculously small. £15 pizza was much smaller than expected. They forgot one of our drinks. Pizza tasted average, best thing was the garlic bread which was an incredibly tiny portion for the price of it. After looking forward to pizza all day we were left feeling disappointed, robbed and still hungry.

Great service and experience, it was my birthday and the waitress saw this and went and prepared a birthday dessert and sang happy birthday, such a sweet thing to do!

I had not been to Greens for a good few years. Tonight I decided to get a collection and order a pizza.
I ordered a large pizza and a dip the cost was just a few pence under £20. It was so small, I was sure he handed me the wrong box as I had ordered a large. Honestly nothing special at all. Not like how I remembered thier pizzas.
I understand you need to make a profit, but to be handed such a small greasy pizza for £20 was pure and utter robbery.
Honestly, to anyone reading this. Do yourself a favour. Go to your local Lidil buy a sardough pizza worth £5 and it will taste better at a way lower cost.
You can clearly tell this is no longer the Greens pizza of years gone by. I'll not be ordering from there again. I sincerely regret what Honestly feels like me going to the ATM withdrawing £20 from my bank account, rolling the note up in my hand as a ball and throwing it away.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Was waiting over two hours - nobody from the restaurant would answer the phone or update us on the status. Pizza was also very greasy and tiny for £18. Will never be ordering again - avoid!

We are returning customers and Food great as usual, staff rude as they were trying to get home early and told us as we were seated at 8:30 that they close at 9 in a rude tone.
