Really poor experience at Ballyhackamore. Staff were rude, waited over an hour for food. Half the starters came then we were told the rest would come with our food, would have accepted that but there was no apology or recognition that the service messed up! Portion sizes were really poor, one pasta came as a much bigger compared to another, despite paying the same price. When we give feedback to staff, it was brushed under the cover. Really disappointing as regularly customers!

Dreadful experience at the Lisburn Road restaurant last night and we were not the only table complaining. Ridiculously long wait for starters and then another ridiculous wait for mains. We were there for over 2hours, mostly waiting. No one checked if we needed drinks or apologised for the wait until we complained. Uncomfortable benches if you?re waiting that long, claustrophobic and unpleasant atmosphere.

We ordered through deliveroo who delivered us the wrong order. Deliveroo fault and not greens! Phoned the restaurant and customer service was brilliant - they had the right order with us in 10 minutes and a refund. Great pizza and service (Chris in the ballyhack restaurant).

Awful food. thick cement like cheddar cheese on top of burnt chorizo and chicken that tasted like the packet chicken from the local spar. Sauce was gritty and somehow full of cartilage type chunks. Kids pasta was devoid of flavor and lacking in sauce. Wife?s pizza was supposed to be goats cheese. Seemed to get a garlic bread with giant basil leave atop. Disappointed. Not the greens I remember. Expensive too. Service was fine. Chefs were loud.

Visited here on a Sunday night around 5pm. Wasn?t very busy when we arrived so got a seat straight away. Service was good and staff were really attentive and friendly. Only criticism was the food took quite a long time to come. I ordered wings to start and it does say on the menu to give them a bit longer which was grand, but the mains took a good while to come. Overall we loved the food and service was attentive and friendly. Would definitely go back and would recommend.

Had a delicious pizza. But felt abandoned following the pizza. Noone came near us to see if we wanted coffee or deserts for at least an hour. We had to look for waitress! No initiative from waitress, it did not seem busy. That was disappointing.

If judging on food alone I would comfortably give four stars, it was good. The prices however are a joke for the portion sizes you get. £8.60 for a pasta dish, expected a decent whack only to get a tiny little pot, and £16.50 for a 10 inch pizza ?

It's been awhile since I have been in Greens Pizza and if anything the food and service is still of a high standard. The staff are so friendly and nothing is a bother to them. It's a must visit if you like Pizza ?

A large group of 27 went today for lunch. The whole team were very helpful in preparing in advance, opening up before their normal hours to accommodate our group. The food was delicious, with and an array of choices; everyone received their meals promptly too. Kellie was very polite and efficient in serving us. Hats off to Greens Pizza (Ballyhackamore), I would highly recommend for anyone and especially larger groups like ours!

Visited greens for the first time on Saturday night and was amazed! The food was great but the service really made the experience. The 2 lovely girls serving us were nothing but polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my son with a nut allergy was catered for. Smiles on their faces all night which is always refreshing! The chef aswell was lovely and ensured to greet everyone coming in and out of the restaurant. We had 2 large pizzas and 2 kids meals which I believe was around £50 including drinks, which is a fair price to pay. Will definitely be back
